Aflatoxin Tested

Laboratory aflatoxin verification on every export lot

Active

Every shipment is tested against the aflatoxin limit set by the destination market — EU food law sets maximum levels at 2 µg/kg for B1 and 4 µg/kg total for ready-to-eat tree nuts, with different limits for nuts intended for further processing.

Each container is tied to specific southern Tanzanian districts (Mtwara, Lindi, Ruvuma or Tunduru) and to a defined harvest window inside the October–January season.
