Direct from southern Tanzania
Kernels graded W180 to W450, scorched wholes, splits and pieces, plus raw cashew nuts in shell — all from the southern Tanzanian cashew belt, processed under TBS certification and shipped with lot-linked aflatoxin and quality reports.

Afri Exports buys in the districts that grow Tanzania's cashew crop — Mtwara, Lindi, Ruvuma and Tunduru — and ties every container to its district and to a harvest window inside the October to January season. That is what lets a repeat order land at the same grade and out-turn as the first one.
We supply two very different buyers. Kernel buyers — packers, roasters, snack and ingredient companies — buy on W-grade, colour and defect count. Raw-nut buyers — shelling plants — buy on out-turn, nut count and moisture. The quote, the sample and the contract are built around whichever you are, not a generic price list.
Paying for a bigger kernel only makes sense when the kernel is seen. Match the grade to the end use and the price follows.

W240 and W320 carry most of the world's trade. W320 is the benchmark grade and the usual starting point for a first contract.
Splits, butts and pieces deliver the same kernel for bakery, chocolate, sauces and cashew butter, at a lower price per kilogram.
Raw cashew nuts in shell, priced on out-turn in pounds per 80 kg bag and checked for nut count and moisture before loading.
A quote is only comparable if it answers three questions: which product, which grade, and which numbers prove it. Send these points and we quote against a defined lot.
The same four checkpoints keep the sample, contract and commercial lot aligned.
We agree product, grade, volume, destination, packing and the tests that will be written into the contract.
A representative sample drawn across the lot lets your team check grade, colour and defects before you commit.
The shipped lot is tested for moisture, defects and aflatoxin against your market's limits, reported under the lot number.
Kernels load into kraft-lined containers at Mtwara or Dar es Salaam, with the document pack prepared against your market.
One 20-foot container. That is about 12.5 metric tons of vacuum-packed kernels, or 17 to 18 metric tons of raw cashew nuts in woven bags. Larger programmes and split-grade containers are agreed case by case.
Yes. Kernels across the full grade range — W180 to W450 white wholes, scorched wholes, splits and pieces — and raw cashew nuts in shell for processors, each graded and counted before despatch.
Mostly Mtwara, the deep-sea port in the middle of the southern cashew belt, and Dar es Salaam when a route benefits from its wider vessel options. We quote FOB by default, with CIF and CFR on request.
No. Cashew moves with the crop, the auction season, the grade and freight, so any published price is wrong within weeks. We quote against a defined lot so the price and the specification describe the same product.
