1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the Afri Exports storefront at afri exports.com and any enquiry you submit through it. They do not replace, and are subordinate to, the specific commercial contract for any individual wholesale order.
2. Information on the site
Product specifications, kernel counts, out-turn ranges, shipping times and pricing indications shown on this site are for general information. They are not contractual terms. Each individual order is governed by a written contract that names the grade, tolerances, packaging, Incoterm and payment terms specific to that lot.
3. Enquiries and quotes
An enquiry submitted through the site is not an offer or acceptance. Pricing indications given in reply are valid only for the period stated in the reply. A binding contract exists only when both parties sign a written wholesale contract referencing the specific lot.
4. Use of the site
You agree not to:
- Use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose.
- Scrape, mirror, redistribute or pass off our content (text, images, product images, blog content) as your own without our written permission.
- Use the site to send unsolicited commercial communications to us or to other visitors.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including the Afri Exports brand, logo, product copy, photography, blog content and structured data — is owned by Afri Exports Ltd. or used under licence. The brand and logo may not be used by third parties without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our liability for any matter relating to a specific wholesale contract is governed by that contract, not by these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes arising from the site itself are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts. Disputes arising from a specific wholesale contract are governed by the jurisdiction clause of that contract.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
